A string like 'admin' scattered across the codebase is a typo waiting to happen. Give important values one searchable definition.
User::all() works until the table grows. Chunking keeps memory flat whether you process a thousand rows or ten million.
The N+1 problem is invisible with ten rows and painful with ten thousand. Load relationships up front and let Laravel catch lazy loading for you.
